The most important thing that I took away from this program is that I'm stronger and more capable than I ever thought. When you go abroad, you carry concerns with you that you may not be able to figure things out on your own or your fear may hold you back. It's the opposite though. While abroad, you are able to prove to yourself over and over that you are strong and able to overcome conflict on your own with the strength of your character, courage, and morals.
